Refund & Exchange Policy

1Try it before you pay

This is the point of the free week: you should know whether the desk is worth it before any money changes hands. Use it properly — load your products, look at your markets, open the buyer lists.

2Cancelling

Tell us on WhatsApp or by email. There is no form to find and no reason to give. We stop the next payment straight away and confirm it in writing.

Your desk keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling on day 3 of a paid month does not switch you off on day 3.

3If you paid for a month

Cancel whenever you like and the desk runs to the end of that month. We do not refund part of a month, because you had the desk for it.

5Exchanges and changing your plan

TREVEQIO is a service you use on screen, so there is nothing to post back or swap for another item. What you can change is your plan, whenever you like:

• Month or year. Move from paying by the month to paying by the year, or back. The change starts with your next payment.
• More or fewer people. Adding people to your desk starts as soon as the extra is paid. Taking people off lowers the price from your next payment.

6If the desk is broken

Different rule, and a fairer one. If something is genuinely not working, tell us. If we cannot fix it within 7 days:

• You get the days back on your subscription, or
• Your money back for the unused part — your choice, not ours.

This applies whether you paid for a month or a year, and whenever it happens.

7If we change the price or the terms

You can stop, and we refund the unused part of anything you paid in advance. Changing the deal after you have paid for it is our problem, not yours.

Founding members — the first 100 people — keep their founding price for as long as their subscription continues. We never raise it on them.

Tell us the company name on the account. We answer within 2 working days, usually the same day.

9How the money comes back

Back to the account you sent it from, by the same route you paid — bank transfer or InstaPay. We send it to the account the money came from and nowhere else, which protects you as much as us.

We start it within 2 working days of agreeing it, and a local transfer usually lands the same day or the next one.

10Please ask us before you call your bank

A subscription is paid by transfer to Amir Fouad Mohamed Abdel Rehim, so nothing from us ever appears on a card statement. If you see a card charge you do not recognise, it is not ours — but tell us anyway and we will help you work out whose it is.

If something is wrong, one message to us fixes it in a day. Asking your bank to reverse it instead takes weeks, costs us a fee whichever way it goes, and locks the account while it is open. We would much rather just give you your money back.

11What happens to your data

Nothing is deleted when you stop. The desk pauses and keeps everything exactly as you left it, so if you come back it is all still there. If you would rather it were removed, say so and we remove it — see the privacy policy.
