Terms
What you are buying, what it costs, and what we promise. Written to be read once, in plain words, not to be impossible to argue with.
1Who you are buying from
TREVQIO is a subscription service run by DIJA Technologies from Egypt. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean DIJA Technologies, and “you” means the company or person who signs in to a desk.
Payment is taken by Polar, who sell the subscription on our behalf. Polar is the name that appears on your card statement, not TREVQIO. We never see or hold your card number.
2What the desk is
A working screen for a food exporter. It brings together buyer companies, the markets worth selling to, raw-material prices, exchange rates and trade-fair dates, and it gives you somewhere to keep your own deals, letters and tasks.
The buyer information comes from public sources: the exhibitor lists that trade fairs publish themselves, companies’ own websites, and open trade data from the UN and the World Bank. We collect it, clean it, sort it and keep it current.
3What the desk is not
We sell information, not customers. Nobody can promise you a sale, and we do not. A buyer on your screen is a company that fits what you make — not a company that has agreed to buy from you, and not a company we have spoken to on your behalf.
We are not your agent, your broker or your lawyer. What you write to a buyer, what you agree with them and what you ship them is between you and them.
4The free trial
7 days free. Everything is open except downloading the Excel files. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when it ends.
The free week starts once your products are loaded, so none of it is spent on setting up. When it ends the desk pauses and waits — your data is kept exactly as you left it, and one payment opens it again.
5What it costs
You pay for each person who signs in. The person who runs the desk is one of them. The more people a company has, the less each one costs.
| People | A month | A year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $5 | $50 |
| 3 people | $12 | $120 |
| 5 people | $17.50 | $175 |
| 10 people | $30 | $300 |
A year costs 10 months, so two months are free. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax your own country may add. Nobody ever pays more than the next size down: nine people pay the ten-person price.
We can change our prices, but never in the middle of something you have already paid for. If a price changes we will tell you before your next payment, with enough notice to stop if you would rather.
6Your people
The person who runs the desk adds and removes their own people, up to the number of places paid for. Each person gets their own username and password.
A login is one person, not one company. Sharing one password around an office is the one thing that will get an account stopped, because we cannot tell it apart from a password that has been stolen.
7What you may do with the information
You may use everything on your desk to sell what you make. That is what it is for.
You may not resell it, publish it, pass it to another company, or use it to build a competing list. The buyer lists are the whole product; a copy handed on is a copy we cannot take back.
Your own work on the desk — your deals, your letters, your notes, your product list — is yours. We do not use one customer’s work to serve another, and no customer can see another customer’s desk.
8Writing to buyers
Letters you send from the desk go through your own mailbox, under your own name. They are your letters. That means:
- You are responsible for what you write and who you write to.
- You must follow the law where the buyer is, which for most of Europe means writing to a business about business, and stopping the moment you are asked to.
- When somebody asks not to be written to again, the desk records it and will not let you write to them. Do not work around it.
9What we do not promise
The information is gathered from public sources and checked as well as we can, but some of it will be wrong or out of date. Companies move, close, change hands and change their email addresses without telling anyone. We show you when each record was last seen so you can judge it.
Check anything that matters before you act on it — especially before you ship goods or extend credit. We are not liable for a decision you took because a line on the screen turned out to be stale.
We keep the desk running as well as we can, but we do not promise it will never be down. If it is down for a long stretch, tell us and we will put the time back on your subscription.
10Stopping
You can stop at any time, and you do not need a reason. Tell us on WhatsApp or by email and the desk runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refunds page for what comes back and when.
We can stop an account too, but only for a real reason: the information being resold, letters being sent in a way that gets our systems blocked, a payment that never arrives, or something illegal. Except where the law stops us, we will say what the reason is and give you a chance to put it right.
Your data is not deleted when you stop paying. The desk pauses and keeps everything. If you want it removed, ask, and we will remove it.
11Changes to these terms
When we change anything that matters, we will say so by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page changes. If you do not want to accept a change, you can stop, and we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid in advance.
12Which law
These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you and does not let you sign away.
Ask us anything on this page
A real person answers, usually the same day. If something here is unclear, that is our fault and we will fix the wording.
